Refund and Exchanges
1. If the product is defective, it is possible to exchange and refund. Please provide the registered
document (receipt) with the reason for return and refund to the company within 7 days after the
date of purchase.
2. To change the size of the chosen product from customer or changing his/her mind, is able to be
exchanged but not able to be refunded (delivery fee can be charged)
3. Opened or damaged products cannot be returned.
4. In all cases of return and exchange, the product must be original condition.
